What’s a War Story? As Consultants, we are often requested to “do battle” with an engineering problem. Sometimes it is more than technology and the laws of physics that we are up against – there are deadlines, cost constraints, personalities, and politics that tend to enter the fray. As in war, battles are won and battles are lost.
This month, join us as our members recount how they were thrust into some very difficult situations and how they turned out. Did they end up as heroes saving the day or was a strategic retreat in order? Either way, there is something to be learned.
