You can upload .gif, .jpg, .png for your profile pictures, and you can use the same file types for your logo. For consistency and the ease of viewing your picture on mobile devices, please use a cropped image size of 300px wide by 300px high.
Profile Pictures:
- Use the "Name attachment as:" field to your username and the file extension e.g. FLast.gif. You also need to add this filename to your profile in the "Headshot Filename" field.
Logos:
- Use the "Name attachment as:" field to your username, underscore, "logo" and the file extension e.g. FLast_logo.gif. You also need to add this filename to your profile in the "Corporate Logo Filename" field.
Do not use a space character in your filename.
- Use the "Browse" button above to find the "File to upload" on your local computer.
- For the "Name attachment as:" field, enter the name you prefer the file to have once it has been uploaded to the site.
This can be the same as its filename on your source disk or it can be different, but make sure it has the correct file extension. - Press "Upload" to upload the file.
- To refer to an attachment within a wiki page in this Site WikiGroup, simply enter
Attach:filename.ext
in the page text. - After uploading, you can
- View the UploadQuickReference page or
- Edit the UploadQuickReference page or
- Scroll down to view the list of files that have been uploaded to the Site wiki group.
