LICN Monthly Meeting
Meeting Minutes Ð December 2, 2015 
I. Administrative   
a. Attendees: 12 members and 25 guests (total of 37) per the attendance sheet.  Thanks to both Chris Early and Andy Baxt for providing the food again.
b. Our treasurer, Dave Rost stated that we currently have $8642 in the groups account.  
c. The meeting began with each of the attendees giving the usual introduction and a ~30sec skills summary.  
d. For the telephone referral service:

e. Elections: Since our Chair, Andy Baxt, is term limited by IEEE rules to two years, we had election for a new slate at this monthÕs meeting.

iii. Chris Early (2nd Vice Chair)
iv. Carl Meshenberg (Secretary)
v. Fred Katz (Asst. Secretary)
vi. Dave Rost (Treasurer)
The above slate was voted in by a unanimous acclamation.
f. It was mentioned that there was a ÒLaunchPadÓ event in Huntington by new LI businesses. It was suggested that LICN have a manned table at the next one as these new businesses may need technical consultants. 
g. Planned January lecture is on ÒWindows 10Ó to be presented by Howard Edelman.  
II. Discussion topic:
There was a presentation on ÒPCB Design and ManufactureÓ by Zohar Shinar of Altus PCB, Cresskill, NJ. The presentation was excellent with photos and sample materials distributed.
