About Len
Len is skilled in Product Research and Development, Specification, Analysis, Simulation modeling, and technical documentation. He is experienced in Project Management. and specializes in low cost, high volume sensors design. He received a congressional award for his effort in developing an innovative Infrared Earth Sensor under a NASA SBIR contract. The device was tested on the STS-85 NASA/DASA scientific mission and showed his simulation of the earth's atmosphere was accurate. He has always engaged in total system design and has consulted on many successful programs involving commercial, military and space applications. He is very familiar with IBM PC hardware and application software including Networks in Windows 95 and NT.
